I know that is easier said than done. Now, how do you do that?

Do these first steps first:

MAKE A PLAN

First set a goal for the extra pounds you want to lose.

Evaluate why you want pounds and inches off and make it your ultimate project, if that's really what you want.

Then, determine how much weight you need to lose. How long it will take you to reach that goal, on a basis of one or two pounds per week. (Which is proven effective and healthy in the long run).

Take your picture as you like to see in adds on weight loss: BEFORE and AFTER... You may want to write your success story as it enrols on a week to week basis...

Get rid of ALL THE JUNK FOOD in the kitchen and anywhere it may be in the entire house... Don't forget anything. Have your friend help you. Then go to his or her house and do the same! Why not make a party of it on a specific day?Click here for The List of Healthy Foods.

Write down what you eat (and I mean absolutely everything). We always think we ate less than we actually did. Small bites here and there throughout the day, add up to lots of miscalculated and unwanted calories.

SNACK ON FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

Distract yourself from food cravings by taking short walks or doing something else for 5 minutes, until the craving passes. Or drink a large glass of water. It is recommended to drink 64 ounces of water each day: COLD WATER is better when on a weight loss program.

Please reach for help when needed. Feel confident that there is help for all the efforts you make toward your goal of losing extra pounds. Ask for that help won't you? It may simply be a word of encouragement or a question on a specific topic. All in all, the best way to lose weight is to be so focused that you let nothing, absolutely nothing come between you and your goal. You can do it!
