Rock a New Routine
One of the top fitness training tips Jillian Michaels suggests is that, if you continuously do the same moves over and over again, you will stop seeing results. Change up your workouts as often as possible with kettle bells or power yoga. As for cardio, try capoeira, a form of Brazilian martial arts. "It's empowering, strengthening, and aerobic," says Jillian.
Step up the Intensity
It's actually an antiquated fitness myth that working out at a lower intensity will help burn more fat. Instead, Jillian says, "Work to 85% of your maximum heart rate. The greater the intensity, the quicker you'll start to see results. In a perfect world, work out for an hour five times a week. Less than perfect: Do 20 to 30 minutes five times a week".

Insert Cardio Intervals
Jumping rope or doing jumping jacks or mountain climbers in between strength-training sets is "a great way to increase your calorie burn and accelerate weight loss." Jillian adds.
